Next Concert: Summer Concert “Dances & Dreams” 20th June 2026 Concert Starts 7.30pm (Doors 7.00pm) @ The Anstice, 1 Anstice Square, Madeley, Telford, TF7 5BD

Hopefully you’re all well and enjoying the wonderful weather. Telford Orchestra is pleased to announce a Date for your Diary – Our Summer Concert will take place at The Anstice on June 20th 2026. We’ve gone for an Evening Concert in the Summer, to allow the heat (optimistically) of the day to die down, so you could maybe take a spot of tea in sunny Madeley and then join us at 7.30pm for an evening of cheerful dance music and a slightly sinister dream sequence, courtesy of Berlioz. We’ve visited Mexico, France, Hungary and Vienna and called in at a drunken Philistine revel with Saint-Saens for this Concert. I’ll let you know when the tickets are on sale, so hopefully we’ll see you there.

Musical Director – Samuel Lellouch

Samuel is an experienced and talented orchestral conductor who studied the violin and conducting at the Brussels Royal Conservatoire. He is also an Assistant Professor of Physics at the University of Birmingham, specialising in industrial applications of quantum mechanics.

Samuel was appointed by the Orchestra in 2024 and we are looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship with him.
